Auto Batching

Auto batching system can give the best results in production for it’s accuracy in feed formula.

• Batching is suitable for 50,000 and above birds
• Feed can be processed at capacities between 10 T/hr (Min) – 15 T/hr (Max)
• It is totally automated and can be operated with 3 persons at site.
• All doors are operated by pneumatic cylinders which can be controlled even during power fluctuations & it can give daily & monthly report prints etc.
• Feed plants: Mash plants can be manufactured from 1 ton/hr to 8 ton/hr capacity
